At majelux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


🌱 Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


🌸 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used seed packets

  • Seeds that have been planted or improperly stored

  • Perishable or natural growth-related items after use

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)


🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

Please include clear photos when contacting support.


🌼 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


🌱 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • If a refund is approved, original shipping fees may be deducted


🌸 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


🌿 Seeds & Growing Disclaimer

Due to the natural characteristics of seeds and environmental factors:

  • Germination rates may vary depending on climate, soil, and care

  • We do not guarantee specific growth results

  • Improper handling or storage may affect seed performance


🌼 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact your bank
