If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other countries: 10–20 business days
